WHO IS ALLEN ASHER HOMES

Hi I'm Shane, a native of the San Francisco bay area for forty plus years, and a member of the IBEW Local 617. I have played a pivotal role in constructing some of the world's most renowned corporate headquarters, including Facebook, Oculus, Merck, Gilead, and many more. My wife owns her own real estate team in the Bay Area, and together, we are proud parents of two boys.

My passion for real estate investing and creative problem-solving inspired the inception of Allen Asher Homes. Our mission: To deliver exceptional customer service, transform property investments into passive income for landlords, and foster long-lasting business relationships. 

Following our initial venture in Lansing, Michigan, it became abundantly clear that there were significant challenges to overcome in order to enhance the rewarding aspects of real estate investment for all those seeking a 'Passive' experience.
